Personal Care worker/ Support worker

Job Responsibilities

The job responsibilities could include performing the following (but not limited to) services for the client.

  • Help with meal preparation
  • Household Chores
  • Administering Medication
  • Help with Transportation
  • Help Community Participation

Qualifications

  • Certificate 3 or Certificate 4 (desirable)
  • Availability to work across a varying roster
  • Current CPR / First Aid Certificate
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Current Australian Driver’s License
  • Current Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check

Registered Nurse

Job Responsibilities

This role includes drafting care plans, liaising with Allied Health Professionals and ensuring our customers are receiving personalised support in accordance with their support plans and/or medical practitioner’s directions.

  • Draft Health Care plans
  • Perform Check-Ins at Client homes
  • Recording Assessment Forms
  • Monitor and Record health conditions of clients

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Current Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check
